Netzwerk Infektionsmedizin
Wissenschaftliche Kooperationen, Forschung und Lehre
Die Idee des Netzwerks Infektionsmedizin Regensburg verfolgt den Ansatz, Akteure aus den unterschiedlichen Bereichen der Infektionsmedizin zusammenzuführen, um so klinisch-therapeutische und epidemiologische Entwicklungen sowie infektionshygienisch-präventive Strategien effektiv kommunizieren zu können. Im Vordergrund stehen hierbei der praktische Bezug zur klinischen Medizin und die enge Zusammenarbeit der Akteure auf lokaler Ebene. Dabei sollen die Perspektiven der individualmedizinisch-kurativen Akteure (Kliniker), der Forschung und der bevölkerungsmedizinisch-präventiven Akteure (Public Health) ausgetauscht werden.
Aktuelle Forschungskooperationen bestehen zu den Themen COVID-19, Infektionshygiene und -epidemiologie, sowie zum Bornavirus.
Lehre
Akademische Lehrveranstaltungen unter Beteiligung des Gesundheitsamtes Regensburg werden an der Universität Regensburg angeboten.
